To combat our annual ant invasion, John (technician) went outside our house, in the areas where ants appeared to have access to our house, sprayed the ant trails, plugged a couple apparent holes in the mortar, and spread granules in the affected areas. This, in addition to his usual interior inspection and spraying, demonstrates his thoroughness that I have continually noticed in his monthly visits.

Toni is wonderful! So lucky to have the same person come every time for so many years. She's attentive to all of my concerns and a pleasure to have.
